Went up Sundayand looked the unit over. Overall it doesn't look too bad. Is a late 47 M according to serial no. list. Rear tires are good, front need new tires. He said he couldn't get it to turn over and thinks te head may be cracked. It has an oil dipstick, so I checked the oil. Was a little low, so crankcase is not full of coolant. It has been converted to 12 volt with an alternator, and has a Heisler(he said) hand clutch for live pto use. The picker is a 2MH. He said it is the last one sold at the local dealership. Picker has a fes dings in the center snout, and the left side fan and ear conver for husking bed do not run. I don't know what happened to them. These guys are not mechanicallly inclined at all. My son took some pictures with his digital camera, so as soon as he gets them to me I will post some. My big question is, what am I looking at for cost if it needs a head? Hopefully the engine is not stuck too bad. If I buy it I will be selling the picker, hopefully someone will help take it off where the tractor is so I won't have to haul it all. What is a 2MH picker worth? Thanks, Roger

Originally the company was called the Cleveland Motor Plow Company which began in 1912, then the Cleveland Tractor Company (1917) and finally Cletrac.
