The AV is the only Farmall high clear in my 1943 Field Book guide (printed in 42). Both the HV and the MV are in my 1946 Field Book (printed in 1945). Therefore the AV was out at least by 1942 and the HV and MV were introduced sometime between 1942 and 1945. (I don't have 1944 or 1945 Field Book).
