you can take the pump apart with the help of a shop manual for putting it back together again of course; and take both shafts to a machine shop that has electroplating industrial to build both shafts up to grind and polish to size; or a simple hardened wear sleave which ever one would be cheaper; I would go for the pressed in wear sleave myself, that is if the wear limits have been exceeded HOPE THIS HELPS
