Hi UpHere, the 624 should have a D206 German Diesel engine in it. Common problems with coolant: 1)Leaking around water pump bearing. 2)Rad core full of scale, require steam cleaning. Hot water can't ciculated down thru rad so it builds up on top and goes out overflow. 3)Leaking around "O" ring at bottom of sleeves and going into engine oil. If you think is a pressure related leak then try only putting the rad cap on loosely so pressure dosen't build. Good luck JB2
