Hugh, having put more hours on an MD than probably any other tractor I have ever operated, I can say that I couldnt agree with you more in that the 656 handles better, (power steering), and does afford the operator some room to stretch and squirm around when you have to be tied to it for long periods of time. That isnt even addressing the LPTO, and 3 point advantages. I was so tempted to bget into the bidding today, but then thought, what the heck do I need with a 656 other than stand back and admire it. It ended up going for $5,800. Maybe a little high, but a great tractor for someone, and I"m sure he wont be disappointed.
