Puller Puck

You guys got me into this so keep up the help.
New sleeves, pistons, rings, pins are going in. But before that, we need to get those old sleeves out. Bought a length of 3/4 inch grade 8 continuous threaded rod/wheel lug nuts and washers. Now off to the machine shop to get a puck made. Just need the demensions. For an H
Was thinking of 5/8 inch thick stock, 13/16 hole in center. What is good O.D. ANd should it have a rabbet cut around the outside top surface. Say maybe 1/8 inch height and 1/4b" in horizontal to keep it centered?
