I don’t know a lot about green tractors, but if it has a power-shift transmission, check to make sure it shifts solidly. If it has a syncro-range, you should check out the synchronizers to make sure that they are working properly. Seems to me that the 3020 gas could be a heavy drinker, but the diesel was pretty easy on fuel. Other than the normal stuff like drawbar wear, three point wear, tires, etc I don’t know of anything else.

If you haven’t already, you might want to post this question on the John Deere board, they might have more knowledge about green tractors than we do over here.
