I just put a rolling jack under mine with some blocks nailed together to form a cradle holding either side of the bottom ridge. I had to do some jostling to free it up from accumulated dirt/grease/oil crud as it came down but, once free of that, I used one hand to keep it balanced and the other hand to slowly lower the jack. It came down easy.
