I've never been really clear on sparkplug choices, but I'd go with what the dealer told me.
Whatever the plug you use, though, it's something else causing the fouling. Rings, valve guides, head gasket, could be any of a number of things. Somebody here can give ideas what to look for.

By the way, some people (not me) are put off by all capitals; they regard it as shouting. For some reason all lower case doesn't elicit the same ire. I guess lack of clarity is not seen to be as much a lifestyle choice as loudness is.
