Hey Sprout, I got one just like it last week on a tractor I too didn't win. There was some discrepency as to what the tractor actually was, so I emailed the winning bidder, and he was a farmer and we talked a couple of times, and then I got the second chance offer, emailed the farmer, he said he had already paid for the tractor, and I never got anything else on it, but the second chance offer did come through ebay. I know they are in the dark just as much as anybody else, cause they aren't going to bite the hand that feeds them, so somebody has come up with a different variation on the old shell game, huh.
