Because it's not an IH factory Cummins motor, it's an
aftermarket "factory" repower kit. I believe that GM and
Sheppard also had similar repower kits. Don't believe everything
a seller says. I know of one that insisted he was selling a rare
1942 war time Farmall Cub. NO SUCH THING!
