Well, it doesn"t appear that it has a stop as the entire shaft is bare up to the point where the yoke pins to the brace on the tractor. I presume that if there was a stop it would be on the cylinder shaft? The bottom of the cylinder is pinned to the bracket on the bottom of the 2 point hitch towards the ground. I am not familiar with the draft Heavy position but I presume you are talking about the handle on the side that has an oblong loop on the top to grab with about 4 positions that it will latch in as you pull it upward toward the seat. It doesnt seem to make any difference with that lever all the way up or all the way down. I like the other 2 point we had on our 400 much better, it had a separate cylinder on it that was like a leveling cylinder that ran fore to aft under the belly on the drivers side.
