Are these 560s that finicky or jsut us working the kinks out. You would think a 40 y/o tractor would be rid of those - UGH

Anyway, I told my dad I would try to get a manual from the local Tractor Supply or somewhere for the thing and help him work on it next time I get up to the farm.

Yea, it runs out of stroke, thats what I mean to say - it lifts fine and seems to have good pressure jsut runs out of stroke.

Oh, one more thing, on his wide front. The big tube has some holes in it where you can set the distance for the spacing of the front wheels. There is a collar on it that holds the short tube that goes over to the axle/wheel. I cannot seem to get that collar tight enough and the tube rotates and is wallowing out the spacing holes. Should I put a cheater bar on that collar bolt/bolts can"t remember if there was more than one or not. Is this a known problem area or maybe just loose and I need to get serious with a cheater on a 3/4 in drive socket!!!
