My old Truck "Sloroll" (52 Chevy delux) runs and I drive it all spring summer and fall. Always someone wanting to fix it up. I'll keep her running but won't restore her. That is a slippery financial path. If you think the tractor police are tough... aint seen nothing. Almost anything cosmeticaly done to a auto makes it go down in value. It may go up in price but at a much lower rate than money invested. You never do it the way they want it. Speeking from way to much experience here.
