Super C Loader

My 1953 Super C has a loader and I am wondering who made this. It is all black not sure if thats the right color or not. The one really odd thing that I noticed was that it has "IH" stamped in lift cylinders (and there red). I did not think that Farmall (International) made a loader for this tractor.
