330 Internationl trans Oops

Grabbed the little 330 to run up the road for lod of feed. coming back I hear a sharp pop, then more smaller pops and pings. clutch seems to affect it. all gears the same. seems like maybe the imput shaft in the transmission. Not good news, I was hoping to play with the 330 a while before starting restoration but I can see that is over. Any good ides?
