Planting Rape with a Farmall H

What is the best equipment I can find to plant Rape with a Farmall H? I need a Plow, Disc, and Drag. What type of drill or seeder do I need to spread the seed? I have the H but nothing else. Where do I find this Stuff in working order? I need a No. 8 Plow but cannot find one ready to plow. Any ideas? Do I need to spray it? When do I plant Rape? Any information is appreciated greatly!

Would an ATV do everything the H could do as far as planting Clover, Alfalfa, and Rape?
