300 U Loader

I bought an old loader that apparently came off of a 434, it's badly butchered and I'm in doubt about the mounting points. The fella that sold it to me says its a Henderson Loader.

If anyone out there has a good picture of the mounting points for a loader on a 300, 350 or anything similar I'd sure appreciate it if they could post it, I'm a little confounded.
