I agree with Jeffcat, some excellent advice. I have a mower with a deck hole but it is still easier to hang the mower up on the loader and then access to removing the blades is easy. Remember that if you think an access hole will be helpful it will take about 30secs with the torch to make one. Mike in Exeter Ontario
