Pull your pan and drop the bottom plate off of the oil pump. This plate will probably show some wear or warping. Take it to a flat surface and using Emery cloth work on it until you have it back to a true flat surface.

You will need to obtain a new gasket from your IH dealer. This is the thinnest gasket you will ever see.

This is usually the culprit causing low oil pressure when the rest of the engine is in good shape as it sounds like yours is.
