Farmall 560 gas- opinions

I'm looking at getting a 560 gasser to replace my H for mowing, raking, baling, light stuff for the time being. The engine and tranny are solid he said, as is the TA. Like new tires, narrow front, Fast Hitch, dual hyd. Tach doesn't work. He is asking $3200 for it, does that sound about right. Next couple years, I'd like to add some more field work, 20-40 acres of corn. How much fuel will this tractor use. Want a diesel, but haven't found one in good enough shape yet. TIA Rich
