Yep, first off check the heat riseser and make sure that it is working check the timing give her a tune up and put the correct gas in her . And may be just maybe it might need the carb cleaned . Oh one other thing since i can't check it out myself does it have the selonoid fuel shut off or did some boozo put a needel valve in it ? . If it has a screw and not the selonoid then open it up all the way like 4-5 turns off the seat.
