Jon I did check the RH side of the block, it did have a casting number of c264 on it. From what the previous owner said, they never touched the engine, the pistons did have what I believe were International Harvester pistons, did IH make the fire crater pistons? what was the difference between the fire crater and the stepped head pistons?
