300/400 Questions

Just curious...A bunch of misc. questions...What years did they make these tractors?, 2)Was there a 300 diesel?, 3)Could these tractors come with or without TA, fast hitch, or even hydraulics? I'm assuming you they could come pretty stripped or 'loaded'. Could a stripped one come with just a standard drawbar, live pto, no fenders, no hydraulics at all?, etc.?, 4) What was the horsepower of a gas engine: Super H, a 300, a 350, a 400, and a 450?
