I got the piston out, but how do I get the rings O

I have a B Farmall that had one piston stuck. I got the piston out no trouble. Now I am looking at the piston. It has three rings. All three completely stuck in the piston ring grooves. I was able to remove the oil ring and one of the other rings. However the top ring is stuck tight! How do I get it out without breaking the shoulders on the ring groove?
