I, too, am restoring a 1936 F-14. And I have the canvas cover in front of the radiator. Mine isn't in too bad of shape. But I'd still like to replace it. They were used primarily on the F-12/F-14 gas/distillate series. My only suggestion would be to visit your local Army surplus store and look for duffel bags, tents, etc. for a comparable material. Cut to size. That's where I found the strap material for the fuel tank.
