I took the starter apart and it wasn't all gunked up like rusty said, and the post were still connected. Well anyway I was just tinkering around. I got it back togheter and put it back on the tractor and hooked everything back up. I turned the key and the starter turned. Boy I thought fireworks would shoot up into the air and my problems were solved, but then it stopped and it now clicks again. I definitley think it's a starter problem now.
