Well I fixed it !!!!!!!!!
Only had the wires run WRONG. OH yea the rotor turn clockwise so I wired it counter clockwise :)
Changed the wiring and she runs just fine .. of couse I need to adjust the worn out carb. Anyone know where you can get parts for a Regular carb an R 1 1/2 Model carb???
