Stainless steel or aluminum, with black paint. Not sure if it should say McCormick or McCormick-Deering. If you are not in a big hurry, visit some tractor shows this summer, usually find them for less than what you would pay even on e-bay.
It will be the same size as the Farmall emblems for the H an M.
