560 weak Spot

I am getting ready to go all over our 560 that we got this spring,new seat,new paint and just tighten her up.I see now that she has the same problem that our old 460 had.The plate under the center of the tractor,where fast hitch pulls from,is cracked...badly.How is the best way to fix it?Weld,plate or have a new made.
