Touch Control Questions

I have a 53 Super C with Touch Control, I want to clean the filter (I am assuming thats the drain were the filter is?) and change the oil. I have a loader on the tractor as well. my question is what type of fluid should I use. I have John Deere Hy - Trans is this OK to use? Also do I just fill the system back up through the loader resoviour (it is piped into the the touch control.) After I cahnge the fluid, is there any speical way to bleed the system or is safe to just run it??
