Assuming you mean the white tractors, the paint could be faked. The serial numbers thought to be correct are (all from the 1st quarter of 1950): Cub, 99536-106517; Super A 281269-285298; C, 47010-54411. Courtesy of Richard Lantis, son of an IH dealer, then an IH dealer himself, he actually saw them when new. If you have casting numbers on the cast parts of the tractor earlier than about Sept 1949 (S), or later than March 1950 (T), chances are good that it was not white, serial tags can be changed too. Nothing was different but the paint, I'm not at all familiar with later demos, such as the gold ones--.
