Factory refit of Fast-Hitch on SMTA

It has been mentioned on this board several times that IH offered kits to retro-fit the fast hitch on SMTA's. Has anyone ever seen the promotional literature or parts list for this attachment? My SMTA parts book does not show any pages for this attachment.

I was wondering if the factory offered this kit immediately after the introduction of the Farmall 400 or did they wait until they changed the Fast Hitch with the Farmall 450.

The earlier F400 hitch would have required a special bracket for the rock-shaft stationary end or the inclusion of a modified trans-axle lid. The latter option would have substantially increased the cost for parts and labor to attach the kit.
