I would put and 8 footer behind it and no you should not need ft. weights on a 450 D there nose heavey anyhow. And if she is a bit light on poney power i would just bump her up . I ran one for 5 years before i had a stupid attack and sold it worked alot of ground with that old tractorr and put up a bunck of hay and wish i had a dollar for every load of corn that i pulled out of the fields with it. It sure sounded nice plowen with the 4x14's semi mounts and on a still day you could count the rounds around the field by the rows of smoke hanging up in the air . At night she would stand about 6 to 8 inches of fire out the pipe.
