I used that Rustoleum Rusty Metal Primer on a disk a few years ago. I wire brushed and sanded it good.Then topcoated with Rustoleum JD Green and six months later rust bubbles came back! I was very dissapointed. The topcoat was good but the primer is terrible. PS I restored a 3 bottom fasthitch plow with Rustoleum Ford Blue for Blue(which is a litle lighter than Orginal)on the coulters and sunrise red. If I ever get the film developed i'll post it here. Looked Nice.
