Just one more question, is this plow going to be just a show piece? Or are you going to be using it? If you are going to be using it, it is going to get scratched, scraped, and otherwise scuffed up. If you stick with using simple enamel type paint without any hardener, it will be damaged more easily, but it will also be much easier and less expensive to touch it up. Just a thought.
