Though some of you might like to know what some tractors went for in our part of the world. Sale today 4-2-05, south eastern SD. I've been to a lot of sales in this part of the country & these were the cleanest tractors that I've ever seen on a farm sale. All had always been shedded, were in their original clothes, had fair rubber, were straight and purrrred like a tom cat in a creamery. Early 560D, bought new by present owner, FH, NF, 1 set of weights, no fenders, good torque, OH +/-2,000 hrs ago - $3,800; 756D, bought new by present owner, had a year-around cab, FH, WF, 1 set of weights, 12,000 total hrs, rod & main bearings 3,000 hrs ago, $5,600; 7040 AC, duals, cab, $5,3++ in major OH 10 hrs ago, $8,500 & 382-hydro International Cadet lawn tractor (a red one) w/briggs engine, $750. (My $0.02 worth. jal-SD)
