I think they are junk, you might put them on ebay and see if you can get a few bucks out of them. Or like you say, cut the lugs off, somebody might want them for a C or F20 I even think some of the early styled John Deere Bs used 36 inch. What ever you do they are probibly worth more as blank rims than as-is.
