Those are European vegetable tractor rims. They could be off any one of several tractors. Possibly a Landini. They have the standard eight bolt flange centers with 6 bolt rims for 28 or 30 inch wheels. So if you have an International 504 for example, you could buy those rims and bolt it up to your standard 28 inch wheel centers.
