Dropped the bowl down this morning and found that one side of the float was full of gas. Pulled the pin and Removed the entire float. The float is split open on the bottom where it is seamed together. Took awhile for all of the gas to drain out. I'll see if I can find a new float tomorrow and will go from there. When I looked in the bowl before dropping it down entirly, I could see that the float was fairly well submerged in gas. I guess it did raise up enough to shut off the gas flow since one side was still working. I'll put in a new one and go from there. Maybe that will take care of it. I am surprised it would run as well as it did with it like that. It just wouldn't throttle up properly.
