To get the MCV to prime turn the steering wheel to the left and about 2000 rpm and if that don't do ity then pull the dip stick for the trans out and stick a blowgun in the hole with a rag around it and pressurize it with the engine running at abot a 1000 rpm. but becareful when you go to pull the blow gun out if ya get to much air in there it will look like old fatiful and it will rain Hy tran for two weeks in the shop. BUT THE ROOF WON"T RUST BEEN there done that.
