Been there done that!Start at the begining, the gas tank.Make sure it is clean. If it is ok go to the sediment bowl.Take off the glass bowl and clean it out.there is also a screen up in there that may be clogged.Take it out and clean it.While that is out,if theres no gas in the tank.stick a screwdriver,or whatever up in the hole to make sure the hole isnt plugged. If your tank is clean most likely that will be too. Then take your fuel line completely loose and blow it out good.Once youre done with that look on the carb where the fuel line goes in.There should be a pipe fittnig there that screws into the carb.Take it out and you sould, but may not, find a cylindrical screen.Clean it out good.If you dont find any trash in any of those,go ahead and get a carb kit.More that likely your carb is plugged somewhere or your float is out of adjustment. The only way to set the float is to take the carb apart so you might as well go ahead and rebuild it if you need to.I had the exact same problem once with a H.Truned out to be some trash in the tank.Wish I had checked it first.
