Tanner - See if the sound goes away when the clutch depressed and the tractor is stationary. If the sound disappears, remove the tin dust cover under the tractor between the belly pump and the transmission. Then look for loose bolts or worn out rubber bushings at in the transmission input flex coupling. Also check for radial slop in the input shaft (indicating a worn bearing). Note: You'll need to remove the belly pump drive shaft to access the coupling - slide the end collars toward the center pf the shaft and the shaft will drop out of the drive dogs. If everything at the input shaft looks good try running the tractor with the belly pump drive shaft removed. Sometimes a worn drive shaft or tired pump will make odd ticking and clunking sounds when they are spinning....
