you have more air in the system than oil!!! your cylinders are probably shot and let in air internally or it is trapped. this is messy but you need to bleed all cylinders your system is like a well shookin bottle of pop. has no where to go but out. loader in down position. crack the line( half way) on the top of cyl on both sides and lift half way up. tighten both lines and crack the bottom lines and let it down. and repeat on the bucket cyl. the vent on top of the reservior needs to open ??!! to much air. take a sample of your motor oil. if the hydro pump is leaking it can bring air in and let oil out into the pan???
