My reaction to squeal is that, No they shouldn't but they often do. This can be a bit of crud or just the new surfaces seating themselves. I wouldn't worry about it.
If your brakes are engaging fully and you still have good pedal left I would't adjust anything. But remember that when under load, like pulling hay wagons downhill, you will need more brake than you do just to stop or turn the tractor.
Just my thoughts.
