ROUND-UP is a contac killer spray before plowing and there is no caryover. Will not hurt anything that you plant. You need to kill the grass on top as it will still grow after plowing to a certain extent. The sooner you spray the better as you want everything to grow first. Best time would be in the fall but you can do it in the spring.
