Take the gear to your local machine shop and have the gear pressed off and measured. As Joe suggested check a store that sells only bearings and seals. Here's the number for Chicago Rawhide
1-800-882-0008 they make seals and speedi sleeves.
These sleeves are easy to install if you can find one to fit your shaft. I've used them on damper pulleys that have groove worn into the damper by the old dry seal and this speedi sleeve gives a new surface for the new seal to stop oil leakage.
