Assuming you have none of these tractors, and all you want the tractor for is a front loader, I would look for an older H, because you would have enough horse power to do most anything the loader for any of the tractors you listed was designed for. YOu"d have the minimum investment, and the least in operating costs. Assuming that you have all of these tractors, H, M, 300, and 400, I"d still use the H for a front loader for many of the same reasons, and have available the other tractors for other things which would better utilize their other features. You only need the belly pump hydraulics of the H to operate the front loader. For many folks, The "Old H" is there as a dedicated front loader tractor and nothing more, except an occasional turn on the conveyor or grinding mill.
