Actually these e-mails werent regarding parts availability. Why do these people post their contact e-mail addresses if they dont plan on replying? It looks very badly upon them.Even the "president" of the dealership, and he doesnt answer his e-mails.I wouldnt buy a drop of chassis grease from these people if thats how they treat the public. To think,my Ute might have originally come from that dealer back in the day.Bet back in 55 they were a little more customer-driven. I'm sure all of you have your favorite dealers out there...and thats a good thing.A decent dealer nearby is worth a bazillion bucks...a ho hum one dozens of miles away isnt much good at all.For example, We have a "regional" Fisher plow dealer nearby and they have to be the worst outlet on the planet for their line (and numerous others). They dont keep any parts on hand, and their people dont know how to use the books nor do they seem to care to.It sure makes Fisher look bad,and its no help to have them nearby.Thank heaven for the aftermarket.Local parts stores have a field day selling generic plow parts, because of that "authorized" outlet.
