Sounds like you did just what the wife and I are doing.

Got my buddy down in Colorado with a whole laundry list of toys to watch for so that when he catches someone off guard at an auction, he can grab it. This way, we pick up stuff at our liesure and not with a "Must Have" attitude.

I pay him to haul up here and we are both tickled like a feather. :>)

Then hopefully, when the right piece of dirt does finally decide to show it's silly face, we'll be ready to boogie.
